Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to adda7. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and adda7 ("adda7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the adda7 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and all associated features available at adda7.onl.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the adda7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered by adda7, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available now or in the future. Additional rules may apply to specific games or promotions; where they exist, those supplementary rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to adda7 and the ability to place bets or participate in casino games is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. adda7 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of adda7 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested account closure due to problem gambling on adda7 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

adda7 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time and to suspend access pending the outcome of such checks. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by adda7, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active adda7 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. adda7 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with any other person. adda7 will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and must match the details on your government-issued identification documents.
• You must notify adda7 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address.
• adda7 reserves the right to refuse account registration without providing a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. adda7 will never charge a fee simply for creating an account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

adda7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select bank transfer options. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. adda7 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of adda7.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits from or withdrawals to accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. adda7 may require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding platform-defined thresholds.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or pending security review.
• adda7 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the player's account balance if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or terms violation.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on adda7 are governed by the general betting rules set out in this section, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and any sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. adda7 does not guarantee that odds will remain constant and reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• A bet is only valid once confirmed by the adda7 system and a unique bet reference number is issued to the player.
• adda7 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error — at any time before or after the relevant event has concluded.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief processing delay. adda7 cannot be held liable for any bets that are accepted or rejected during this processing window due to network latency or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding these limits will be reduced to the stated maximum.
• In the event that a sporting fixture is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, adda7 will apply the applicable rule for the specific market (e.g., void and refund, or settle based on the result at the time of abandonment), as specified in the sport-specific rules.

Casino Game Rules

Casino games offered on adda7 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All casino games on adda7 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the statistical long-term payout rates for each game and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

• It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the relevant provider's malfunction procedure. adda7 accepts no liability for losses caused by game malfunctions beyond what the game provider's policy stipulates.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• adda7 reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any game from its library at any time without notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

adda7 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device. adda7 uses multiple verification methods to enforce this rule.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will be removed from the account balance upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.
• adda7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to affected players.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using third-party bonus abuse software, or hedging bonus bets — will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adda7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one registered account for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false information at registration, during identity verification, or in any communication with adda7 support.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or other geo-circumvention tools to disguise your true location.

Responsible Gaming

adda7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity, available at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and communication regarding your account and promotions you have opted in to receive. adda7 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Intellectual Property

All content on the adda7 platform — including but not limited to the adda7 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of adda7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any adda7 content without prior written permission from adda7.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adda7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if adda7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

adda7's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

adda7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own devices and networks.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to adda7's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to adda7's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, players must submit a written complaint to the adda7 support team. adda7 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules before initiating any court proceedings.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence.
